Shipping and Returns
We ship each product within 3-5 business day. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order to make sure we are able to meet the deadline.
Orders shipped to the USA are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail.
International orders are shipped via Canada Post International Air Mail (no tracking number included).
Please double check the address as we will not be responsible for any delays caused by the mistakes in the address information. If the parcel is unclaimed and the post office returns the parcel back to us, the buyer is responsible to pay the shipping cost again if he or she wishes to re-send the parcel
International shipments may be charged import fees/handling fees. The shipping charge paid to Jacaranda only covers our actual cost to ship the package to your country. CUSTOMERS are responsible for ALL additional import, customs and handing fees assessed by their country and are advised to research the costs prior to shipment/purchase.Returns
We hope you love your Jacaranda product! If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, please send the product back to us for a refund.
The product must be sent back to Jacaranda within 7 days of delivery. Please note that if the product is sent after 7 days, only a store credit may be issued, completely at the discretion of Jacaranda. Once we receive the product back in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds should show on your account within 7-10 working days. Please note that all postage costs and import fees are non-refundable.
Please ensure that the product is in the original condition, unused, not damaged and returned in original packaging. Damaged or used products are not eligible for refund. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
Jacaranda is not responsible for any costs in returning the products, this includes shipping cost and any customs or import fees.
